Welcome to the web home of 3 Temple Row West. This unique city centre space has been designed as an antidote to the fast pace, high stress lifestyle that Birmingham City Centre has come to demand.

There are two main rooms, Living Space and Sanctuary. You can book Living Space for a business meeting or social event, or “Friends of 3 Temple Row West” are welcome to take part in the organised events that run through the year. Sanctuary, though, is all about you. It’s a space in which to think, reflect, dwell and, well…. breathe.

Having browsed through this site, you’re really welcome to come and see the spaces for yourself. It could be just what you’ve been looking for. For group use of the Living Space, we encourage a donation to help cover our running costs.

Seeking Spiriuality: A Discussion Course
Course dates: 14th May, 28th May, 17th June, 25th June, 9th July & 23rd July
In May, we're beginning a discussion course based on The Monastery TV series, a show that followed six British men who spent six weeks in a Benedictine Monastry. The course is designed for those interested in exploring Christian approaches to Spirituality, and each session will include viewing half an episode of the Monastery followed by a discussion. Snacks and drinks will be provided!

The course will run fortnightly over six sessions and begins on the 14th May. For further information, contact Ed at b1breathe@gmail.com.

Midweek Meditations
Wednesday 17th June 1:10pm-1:40pm
Drawing on Christian spirituality, the Midweek Meditations are a chance to join in a relaxing led meditation in a welcoming environment. Open to people of all beliefs and none.
