Welcome to the web home of 3 Temple Row West. This unique city centre space has been designed as an antidote to the fast pace, high stress lifestyle that Birmingham City Centre has come to demand.

There are two main rooms, Living Space and Sanctuary. You can book Living Space for a business meeting or social event, or “Friends of 3 Temple Row West” are welcome to take part in the organised events that run through the year. Sanctuary, though, is all about you. It’s a space in which to think, reflect, dwell and, well…. breathe.

Having browsed through this site, you’re really welcome to come and see the spaces for yourself. It could be just what you’ve been looking for. For group use of the Living Space, we encourage a donation to help cover our running costs.

Taking Time
Taking Time Lunchtime: Thursday 13th November, 1-2pm.
Taking Time Early Evening: Thursday 27th November, 5:30 - 6:30pm.
Taking Time is a bimonthly event that allows city-center workers to take 'time out' from busyness and reflect and relax in the Sanctuary space at Breathe. In November, Taking Time focuses on the theme of ‘Reflecting on Purpose’. More>

Midweek Meditations
Wednesday 19th November 1:10pm-1:40pm
Drawing on Christian spirituality, the Midweek Meditations are a chance to join in a relaxing led meditation in a welcoming environment. Open to people of all beliefs and none.
